Monthly Rentals in York County

We came into town for the Mammoth March at Kings Mountain State Park and found this house to be perfect for us. We enjoyed spending our free time on the porches or in downtown Clover, and tried out some new restaurants.

Another great stay at this wonderful gem of a property! This was our first visit in spring, and we absolutely enjoyed the lush, green trees and grounds surrounding the home. It was so peaceful to sit out on the back deck and enjoy the morning and evening air. Meg was a wonderful host, clearly communicating with us and offering us a relaxed checkout time. She even left us a spring gift basket with delightful goodies from local vendors. If you are looking for a nice getaway—this is it! The house is really easy to get to from CLT airport—about a 35-minute drive. It also connects well to a variety of hiking trails, parks, and restaurants in the York/Rock Hill/Lake Wylie/Clover area. Finally, it's very quiet and tranquil. We will definitely be coming back!

Justin and Jamie are excellent hosts. They were always responsive to questions. The house is immaculate. Everything looked brand new. House was super clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Highly recommend this place. You will be very pleased like we were.

I was visiting my daughter and grand kids and planned to stay with them but do to unsees circumstances I need a place to stay. I looked at hotels in the area which over $200 per night that’s when I decided to look at Airbnb and found Robyn’s place at 7:30 PM on a Friday evening. Robyn’s place is exactly as described on the listing. The location is a little rural which suits me just fine. You can enjoy the peace and quiet versus hearing the busy city life.
