We renovated the house with much love and personal touches to give our guests an unique, comfortable stay. It is centrally located, a few minutes walk from the square/Menin Gate. It is located in a quiet street. You can park for free at 100 m from. The house is private. Downstairs a terras, 1e floor: livingroom with a completely furnished kitchen (dishwasher!), 2e floor: bathroom, seperated toilet, open room with double bed/mezzanine with 2single beds. A seperated room with 2sigles beds.

The property is spread over three floors and features three stylish bedrooms, a luxurious sauna and a modern kitchen. The Grote Markt and the Menenpoort are within walking distance. Please note: The property is on the 2nd floor and can be accessed via a typically narrow staircase. As a result, the flat may be less suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Cozyflats bevinden zich op de 2e verdieping met een moderne lift toegankelijk. In volle centrum van Ieper. Alle faciliteiten voorhanden. Het beddengoed en bedlinnen zijn uiteraard aanwezig. Er is een parkeerplaats voorzien op wandelafstand van de accommodatie. Er is een afgesloten fietsbergplaats, met 24u toegang met videobewaking. Prachtige wandel en fietsroutes… Voor de hete zomermaanden kunnen we airconditioning aanbieden, een luxe.

Wake up with a pristine wide view of the drowned meadows (Meersen) and fields; changing to the rhythm of the seasons. Enjoy the spectacle of the fluttering singing skylark, the happy chirping of swallows as night falls. Lie down on the jetty, get into the boat to just float on the natural pond. Walk, bike, swim or just do nothing.
