You will also find in this cottage a dining/living/equipped kitchen, as well as a summer kitchen located in the garden on the ground floor. It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. We live in a small farmhouse surrounded by almost 2 hectares of greenery. The accommodation has independent access. We own animals: donkeys, pony, horse, goats, cats... Beautiful walks around, on foot or by bike. * Bergues (1.3 km), pretty typical fortified town, restaurants, shops, (market on Mondays)... * Dunkirk (8 km) * Malo-les-Bains and its beautiful sandy beaches (8 km) * Cassel, favorite village of the French elected in 2018 (25 km)

Located 800 m from the belfry and the city centre of Béthune, the station is 1 km away and the first bus stop is less than 500 m away. Parking is easy and free in front of the property.

Our cottage is very quietly located surrounded by trees and greenery. There is a large garden with covered terrace. We love flowers and plants. It is centrally located and ideal for exploring Belgium by public transportation. The coast is close as well as historic cities such as Bruges ,Ghent, Kortrijk, Ypres ( 30 minutes) and Brussels ( 1 hour ). Free secure parking is available on site.
