New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Walks from the front door along the beautiful river that leads onto mountains, you'll be into the National Park within 2 miles. Two cosy riverside pubs serving food within walking distance from house. Fantastic Ystradgynlais a short drive away with supermarkets and coffee shops. Waterfall Country, National Caves nearby Swansea, Mumbles, Gower coastline and many so many other attractions within an hour’s drive.

7 Arches holiday accommodation was completely refurbished in July 2019. Benefits from stunning views over the Afan Valley and located on the Afan Forest Park's low level cycle route 'Y Rheilffordd' (railway in welsh) which runs along the base of the valley. This is a great trail for families with picnic and refreshment stops along the 36km trail. 'Y Rheilffordd' gives easy access to 6 world class trails as well as Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Visitor Centre and Afan Bike Park.

Capel Cartref - Spacious Holiday Let Pet Friendly

Capel Cartref - a detached 5 bedroom holiday let, between Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) and Swansea. Graded 4 star by Visit Wales it has 4 double beds, (1 en suite), plus 1 room with 2 single beds, plus a bath and shower room. (3 bathrooms in total). The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, two fridge freezers. The lounge is spacious with extra upstairs seating . The garden is enclosed but beyond the back gate is parking for four cars.

In addition, if you want to get high, the property is located only 15 minutes from Zip World and 30 minutes from Pen Y Fan. If you prefer beaches we are 30 minutes from Swansea bay and the Mumbles.

Heol Gwys Cottage is set in the idyllic village of Upper Cwmtwrch. This tranquil property is in the ideal location for everything the area has to offer. Originally a little cowshed the cottage has been well converted using lovely stone and the inside is stylish, comfortable and spacious making this a great place to stay for either just a couple or with friends. With one large double bedroom and the option of a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to 4 people and offers a wonderful base to explore the Brecon Beacons and the Gower Peninsula.
