This is a private house located in the city center, a 3-minute walk from Beppu Station East Exit. The house has 1 double bed, 1 king size bed, and 1 single size sofa bed.Free WiFi, free parking for 1 car, a projector for watching Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, and a Bose tabletop speaker are available. We provide a dedicated storage for luggage in the garage on the first floor. The living dining room is equipped with air conditioning, a sofa, and a projector. The full kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dishes, and you can cook your own meals. A drum-style washer and dryer are installed. There is a small shower booth right after entering the entrance, but it is new because it is a renovated house in Beppu that did not have a bath in the past, so it is small.We recommend using the nearby hot springs. Also, the stairs are steep and narrow, so please refrain from using them if you have large luggage, have difficulty walking, or are uncomfortable in confined spaces. We buy and renovate a villa in a quiet villa in Yufuin Town, and use a tablet that can complete the key exchange and acceptance so that no one can spend time slowly flowing to the concept of "our own special one".The bath is also open and glass-walled, and the kitchen is equipped with minimal cooking utensils, microwave, and rice cooker so that you can use it as you like.There is a fireplace in the room just after you enter, so I think you will have a special time around the fire.It is spacious enough for 2-3 groups, you can use it for house parties with friends and family or nostalgic classmates and reunions.The location is that you can get off at Yufuin Interchange and drive 2 or 3 minutes.
