Proche tram A la Buttinière (10min). Bus 64 en bas de la rue qui va jusqu'à la Buttinière. (pas le WE) TV/Netflix Four à micro-ondes. Le logement étant petit, n'ayant pas la place de faire la vaisselle, des couverts à usage unique vous sont fournis. L'entrée se fait au niveau de la porte d'entrée blanche munie d'une boîte à clé.

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Petit appartement/dépendance, entièrement rénové, sur pompignac, 20 minutes de bordeaux. Pour 2 personnes idéalement. Dans un environnement calme, vous disposerez d’un accès à la terrasse pour profiter dehors. Nous avons des animaux sur le terrain, chats, chien et poules et n’acceptons malheureusement donc pas d’animaux supplémentaires. Concernant votre arrivée: suivant l’heure, il est possible que je travaille. Une arrivée autonome est parfois possible.
