Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.

Welcome to our 35m2 studio. It is located in the middle of the village in the commune of Yvré l'évêque. You can easily park on the street or in a car park within 100 metres of the accommodation. There is a bus line that takes you to Le Mans. Separate entrance from our main access. This accommodation is equipped with a sofa bed, sheets and towels are provided. A kitchenette is available for your use. Weekend of 24 June: minimum 3-night booking
