Located at an altitude of 950 m above sea level in a beautiful forest area. There is a sauna, gazebo, swing, and barbecue on the territory. The estate has a direct access to the ski lift. In winter, it is an ideal place for active skiers and snowboarders (a T-bar lift is 200 meters from the house). At other times of the year, you can pick berries, mushrooms, and go for walks.
