And if you also give "our Annie" some attention, she or one of her sisters will reward you with a delicious fresh egg!

Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the heart of Breda. 500 meters from the center of Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays, (romantic) weekend getaway and suitable for children and the disabled. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. The sofa can be used as a double bed, but the most pleasant stay is with 5 people + 1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

Het huis heeft vanaf de straat een eigen toegang. Is ingericht voor maximaal twee personen. Zeer rustig gelegen in grote tuin van rijksmonument in centrum Breda. Begane grond 35 m2, verdieping met inpandig balkon 25 m2. Complete keuken en badkamer, zeer snelle wifi, moderne smart TV, alle winkels vlakbij en binnen 8 minuten ben je op de grote markt van Breda. Makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer vanaf station. Parkeren auto is mogelijk op eigen terrein naast het huis voor 5 euro per dag.

Our shepherd’s hut ‘De Lachende Specht’ is tucked away in the woods, offering peace and privacy. From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter). Enjoy the beautifully restored house in a national monument farmhouse surrounded by nature. An oasis of peace and space just a stone's throw away from Breda.
