Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and storage space. The air conditioning can cool and heat the house. The terrace is spacious and offers views of the green garden with privacy.

Guest house in the stable section of a beautifully renovated farmhouse from 1905 with its own entrance and private terrace overlooking our beautiful garden that we would like to share with you. Located in the Kempen recreation area and a stone's throw away from ASML and the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. At the end of our street, you can walk into the woods and in the area you can enjoy hiking, cycling, and mountain biking. Furthermore, there are very good restaurants within walking and cycling distance.

The Small village "Knegsel" is surrounded by forrest, an excellent walking and cycling area. Our house has a sepperate Studio with lots of privacy. Do you like swimming, E3 beach is a stone's throw away, 10 minutes by bike (for rent)! Dinee café de Kempen in Knegsel is known for its delicious 3-course dinner for a reasonable price! Don't feel like cooking, 5 minute walk to this restaurant (also takeaway)! Tourist village Eersel 5 minutes by car. The 2-person bed is made! Option 1-person bed.

Luxurious studio with garden

You have access through the garden area, where you can stay freely. The studio offers a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and shampoo provided. A box spring, seating, (work/dining) table and kitchenette with refrigerator and induction hob (not suitable for extensive cooking). Coffee and tea, WiFi, TV with Netflix are provided. Supermarkets and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. ASML is only a 10-minute walk. Drugs and smoking cannabis are not permitted on the entire site.

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
