Located in the Kempen recreation area and a stone's throw away from ASML and the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. At the end of our street, you can walk into the woods, and in the surrounding area, you can enjoy hiking, cycling, and mountain biking. Furthermore, there are very good restaurants within walking and cycling distance.

Rural location in Leenderstrijp. Shop and cafe at 150 meters, nature reserve 250 meters away. Eindhoven Valkenswaard and Weert can be reached within 15 minutes by car.

Luxurious studio with garden

You have access through the garden area, where you can stay freely. The studio offers a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and shampoo provided. A box spring, seating, (work/dining) table and kitchenette with refrigerator and induction hob (not suitable for extensive cooking). Coffee and tea, WiFi, TV with Netflix are provided. Supermarkets and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. ASML is only a 10-minute walk. Drugs and smoking cannabis are not permitted on the entire site.
