Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Relax in the beautiful Papenveer! Nearby are numerous hiking, cycling and boating routes along fields and lakes. Bring your bike or inquire about the possibilities! The cottage has its own entrance with parking space. You will stay on our property, but due to a separation, you will enjoy complete privacy. There is one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, sitting area with smartTV and a kitchenette with faucet and coffee/tea facilities. A separate stove is available. Parties are not allowed.

Cottage in Aalsmeer

The cottage has a cozy living room and open kitchen, where there is underfloor heating. A TV is provided, which can only be used with the Chromecast (is provided). Shower and toilet are provided. Upstairs, there is sleeping accommodation for 3 people. You can also sit on our cozy veranda; nice for breakfast, eating or reading a book. In the garden, there are several cozy corners to sit in. Are you coming by boat? No problem, next to the cottage there is the possibility to dock your boat.

Situated in the countryside, a light and modern studio with amazing view. The studio has a queen size bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Airconditioned. It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.

Het strand, de duinen en het centrum bevinden zich op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand. De suite is voorzien van alle luxe en met veel gevoel voor stijl ingericht. Hier kom je voor een ontspannen verblijf.
