The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.

Binnen is van alles aanwezig; keuken , inloopdouce ,wc koffie, thee, handdoeken beddengoed enz. Het station is 2 minuten lopen. Welkom in ons ruime, rustige en lichte guesthouse in Zandvoort Zuid! Mijn man en ik wonen hier met heel veel plezier en delen deze mooie locatie graag middels ons guesthouse. Het is ideaal voor stellen ( 5 min lopen van strand, 2 min van duinen en 2 min van centrum. 2 fietsen beschikbaar. Het appartement is gelegen op de begane grond met een eigen opgang, tuin met zonnig zitje incl tuinstoelen, ruimte om eigen fietsen mee te brengen.
