Dear Maaike, dear Robert, you have created a wonderful relaxing place. THANKS FOR letting us stay. We are still very touched by your incredible hospitality, warmth, and helpfulness. You could arrive, unpack suitcases and relax and enjoy and feel at home. It's all as the others described it: great amenities, very clean (everything smelled so great and fresh👍) furnishings well maintained and on top the use of jacuzzi, fitness and sauna. Absolutely recommended! Very nice house with everything you need and beautiful furnishings with attention to detail. The highlight is the bathtub with total privacy. Perfect for a nice getaway for two. Many nearby destinations - whether to the beach or to various cities such as Harlem, Zaandam or Alkmaar. An all-round successful overall package.

Fantastic and very cozy apartment with a great garden to relax. Unfortunately, the sun was only there for a short time, but in summer the garden is like a second living room. Highly recommend :)

Great place, very close to the city, museums etc yet very private and in deep nature . We really enjoyed our time and would recommend the place for everyone seeking privacy, calmness, nature and a bit of adventure.

Wonderful place. Kids (4, 6, 8) loved the shared attic rooms. They slept through the night and had no issues with the stairs. Lovely setup with table and kitchen area too. Shower/bathroom made bedtime easy! Parking was close. Easy to turn around by the new pump station before the gravel path. Beautiful setting, lots of wildlife!

This stay was perfect! Airbnb was cozy with plenty of activities to do within walking distance.

It was a lovely area, felt very peaceful and wasn’t too far from major cities for day visits. We were out and about everyday exploring. Was quiet and peaceful at night. They had all the basics needed for our stay, except for oven mitts but we just used the dish towel. Enjoyed some of the local restaurants recommended for dinner some nights.

Accommodation (cottage) remarkable for its quiet location and its authentic decoration and with great taste, a (real) Dutch country house! Beautiful view from the kitchen / dining room over the countryside, in the gardens of many birds. Carina is a very efficient and discreet person. We would recommend this lovely house very warmly, we had a great week there. Good option also to visit the country, nothing is really far away. In addition the small historic town of Hoorn is charming, and there are 3 supermarkets and many shops, bars, restaurants just 12 Km away. We'll be back as soon as we can… Didier & Yency

Just like the first time: Very nice hosts. Great and quiet location! The view from the living room - fantastically beautiful! The interior is very nice and cozy! Perfect as a starting point for excursions in the area! To the beach through the dune landscape about 2-3 km. A very nice supermarket is 1 km away. And of course you can visit the hostess's beautiful restaurant. We will be happy to come back! Thank you so much! Astrid and Michael

Best place to stay, specially if you come for tulips season. Can ride with bikes to Keukenhoff. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Hosts are superfriendly and helpful in every way. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, functional and nicely decorated cottage. The bedding is comfortable. We really enjoyed the bikes available that allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery around the cottage. Jannet was a very warm and considerate host. She made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay with our kids. Beautiful walks and cycling routes, and very nice MTB trails. Very nice sandy beach and dune area. The Schoorl outdoor center is nearby and is a starting point of many hiking and biking routes. The cottage, compact and cozy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bicycle storage is also very convenient. Anneke and her daughters were very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely come back!

We really loved this cozy cabin. It was very cute and magical. It has a mini kitchen with fridge, hob, kettle, oven, utensils, dishes etc, good and clean bathroom with shower, comfy bed and access to a private garden. Complimentary eggs if you dare facing chickens. There’s also a booklet with all the information you need. The place is in a small village in Watergang 15-20 mins away from city centre by bus, with the bus stop right outside. The village itself is small but quiet and lovely. You can go for a walk around, spend time in the park or simply enjoy nature. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The hosts were very helpful, polite, friendly and responsive. They provided clear instructions, answered any questions we had and were flexible with check in/out time. We didn’t meet them in person so the whole stay was very private. Would definitely recommend this place and the hosts. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The place is really nice and big with a huge living area. You're in the middle of the countryside with farm animals and a colorful peacock. The hosts are adorable and friendly people always ready to satisfy the guest: on Sundays they prepare a great buffet for brunch and serve it in the garden. We loved the peace and calm of this place.

Had a beautiful stay at Bregjie’s cabin. Although the airbnb is located in their garden, we had lots of privacy. The tram is very nearby as well. The place itself was spotless and modern, and located along a beautiful canal that is very peaceful. :)

Excellent quiet place with a beautiful garden equipped with several relaxation areas. Pleasant kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room:) Bright space not overlooked. Clear instructions for access and use of certain items. Parking space next door. We had a lovely 3 days

We stayed with our 5 month old for a week. Charming place, extensively equipped kitchen, wonderful living room and terrace to enjoy a good time. And Janneke was always super helpful, forthcoming and made us feel welcome!
