The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Studio Habitus Nova Zandvoort

Onze studio is van alle gemakken voorzien met een heerlijk bed van 160x210. Een eigen keuken, heerlijke douche en tv met Netflix. Het is een rustige straat en alles is op loopafstand. Ons strand heeft vele mooie, leuke en gezellige strandtenten met ontzettend lekker eten en mooie wijnen. Ons dorp is heel erg gezellig. Leuke winkeltjes en fijne restaurantjes. De natuur in de omgeving is prachtig. De ideale strandvakantie, (kite)surf vakantie of lekker van de natuur in de omgeving genieten.

30 steps to sand... Boutique family guest house

Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.

Geniet 's ochtends van een heerlijke kop koffie in de zon op het terrasje en 's avonds van de zonsondergang op het strand. Er is een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. The garden can be closed off and the Jacuzzi (39°C) and Sauna can be booked for a part of the day.

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated. It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.

Welkom in ons ruime, rustige en lichte guesthouse in Zandvoort Zuid! Mijn man en ik wonen hier met heel veel plezier en delen deze mooie locatie graag middels ons guesthouse. Het is ideaal voor stellen ( 5 min lopen van strand, 2 min van duinen en 2 min van centrum. 2 fietsen beschikbaar. Het appartement is gelegen op de begane grond met een eigen opgang, tuin met zonnig zitje incl tuinstoelen, ruimte om eigen fietsen mee te brengen.
