The oldest residential building in Szentjakabfa has been renovated according to today's comfort requirements. The house harmoniously combines the cozy atmosphere of the farmhouses with the functions of a modern lifestyle. It has 3 separate rooms with private bathrooms, an indoor kitchen and a spacious summer kitchen. Thinking of those arriving with children, 2 rooms can be opened together on request.

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

In the quiet relaxation area of Balatonakali, 450 m from Lake Balaton, in a fully renovated, well-decorated house, air-conditioned apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment has a barbecue terrace, garden, parking, trampoline for children, nest swing. Bikes are provided for a hike. In addition to thorough cleaning, the ozone generator departs. The owner is helpful, kind, and important for the guest to have a good time.

This is the left side of the duplex (60 m2) with 2 bedrooms for 4 people, a bathroom with an American kitchen living room, shower and toilet. We recommend it for those who love a calm, quiet environment and proximity to nature.

Upper floor apartment of renovated house is available to let! The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom and kitchen. It's so comfortable for four people and we can provide a spare bed for the 5th guest. There is new A/C in both bedroom! Every facilities is within walking distance. The beach is less than 5 minutes by walk.

Káli Kisház

The Káli Kisház is a lovely, renovated stone house in the centre of Kővágóörs. We have furnished it to fit the house and its surroundings. In the spacious living room, guests can enjoy the charm and warmth of the house while sitting by the tiled stove's crackling fire.
