We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

The box spring bed is then located above the open living area in the converted roof. The cozy apartment is designed for two people, in the living room there is a pull-out sofa. In total, the size is 34m2. The market is 3-5 minutes walk and the port 15-20 minutes walk. On the Italian gastronomy in the house 30% discount.
