The apartment is perfect for normal stays for one person. All appliances and facilities work perfectly. Alejandro took care of a small problem and came 4 times in a few hours to solve it. The extra security is provided by the modern kitchen with safety valves on each burner. The place is downtown with excellent transportation less than 200 meters away in all directions. Check-in and check-out were agreed upon and allowed me to have better options for arrival and departure. Very comfortable and tasteful, as well as practical and everything is almost new. Everything was superlatively clean.

My stay at Maria’s place was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos – beautifully decorated, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Rosario. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made the stay especially comfortable. Maria was an excellent host: always available, attentive, and incredibly kind. I felt welcome and at ease from the very beginning. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again. Thank you so much for everything, Maria!

Natalia responded quickly and was always super friendly and approachable. It allowed us to stay with our little pets, and when we arrived he was waiting for us. The place was impeccable, in terms of building, everything new, and in terms of cleanliness, it was shining.
