Holiday rentals in Zavikon Island

Tim's place is beautiful and great for a family or a small group of friends. the views are breathtaking and aside from 1 neighbour(who was not there the whole time) it is a very private location. the place was spotless clean when we arrived!! we had some issues with sleeping arrangements as we got extremely unlucky with the weather while we stayed and were hit with cold fronts and rain. Was way too cold to sleep in the bunkie and unfortunatley there is no heating in there. I would say 6 people max to reach max comfortability in this cottage. We will definitely be back here with a smaller group and no baby!

Beautiful home, kitchen was perfectly appointed, great for a large group that enjoy cooking. Location was great for the wine lover, and hobby foodie. Would definitely stay in this area again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It’s the perfect getaway—cozy, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The highlight for us has to be the sunsets. We've traveled to many places, but nothing compares to the breathtaking sunsets here. The view is simply magical, with the sky painted in the most vibrant hues. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the porch has become our favorite part of each day. We can't recommend this place enough !

We kayaked and canoed around the lake several times, enjoying the wildlife—turtles, herons, ducks, loons, and frogs. The fire pit was perfectly placed for sunset views, with plenty of kindling and wood. The BBQ worked great, and Verona offered everything we needed, including good food at Muddy Waters Restaurant and treats at a local bakery and Kawartha ice cream shop. Thanks Douglas for the perfect cottage. The cottage is right on the lake Ontario and is huge. Its suitable for large groups. Garden is spacious, home was very neat & clean and perfect sunrise views. The deck can accommodate 15+ people for barbeque evenings. The dark skies are perfect for celestial viewing. We will recommend this for vacations.

This is great place to stay, especially with kids! Beautiful cottage and area. Great host, very responsive.
