This two bedroom apt. is one of four in total available of the whole house.Property lies on very seacoast itself. Has a dock, free parking spots, vast yard in front of the house as well as behind for hanging out in shade under huge trees.Main road is far enough thus being a quiet area, but shops are close by.Dock view across sea captures Zadar coast and it's lights, giving a wonderful relaxing atmosphere at night. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.
