Proche de toutes commodités (supermarché et épicerie à 50 mètres, station de tram a 150 mètres), mais aussi des dunes. Appartement stylé situé au sixième étage avec balcon, se composant d'un living-room et d'un coin cuisine très équipé, une chambre à coucher (matelas Emma 150cm) donnant sur l'arrière du bâtiment.
