Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Beach House The Beach House is one of the stylish suites at Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee, with its own private entrance, located in the centre of Vlissingen. This charming two-room apartment features a living room with a cosy seating area and dining table, a separate bedroom, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The modern new apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Downstairs living room with open kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. On-site private parking. Terrace with lots of privacy.

The apartment is very well insulated and wonderfully cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Private terrace with large table and nice morning sun. This luxury apartment is located in the village of Scharendijke at the foot of the Brouwersdam in a sheltered garden within walking distance of the beach. This is nicely decorated and can accommodate 2 people, has a private entrance, terrace and lovely veranda with large communal garden. On the ground floor is the living room with TV, kitchenette, including fridge, Senseo, and a kettle. Luxurious bathroom with rain shower. On the 1st floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double box spring.

With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

There is a bedroom with separate sink and built-in closets and two sleeping lofts with a height of 1.80 meters. This is ideal for children, but also suitable for (young) adults.

There is free parking at the door. The cottage is part of a double house in a street in the village. Bicycles are available for rent 300 m from the cottage.
