On approx. 53 m² of living space you will find a kitchen with dining area and a cozy living area, a bedroom and the bathroom with toilet. Our apartment is ideally suited for 2-4 people. Enjoy the view from the terrace overlooking the entire village. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have found the right place!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

House Gold - the alpine hideaway

We are located in the Hohen Tauern, at the Grossglockner high alpine road in the calm village Fusch. Surrounded by nature but in 10 minutes in the centre of Zell am See or the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. Several hikings or bike tours start directly at the house or can be reached with a short cardrive. A lot of nature surrounded by the mountains of the Fuscher valley - arrive, take a deep breath and start your holidays!
