Monthly Rentals in Zervochia

The property was wonderful. Spacious, cool and with plenty of facilities. It has a huge garden with parking and trees providing shade and a large private terrace to hang out and dine outside. The beach is a few minutes walk away. The sea was clean and has a variety of marine animals which were great to snorkel with. The town was picturesque ,really peaceful with plenty of restaurants and shops. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful when it came to planning day trips. We had such a fantastic time.

we loved the house. very unique, peaceful and authentic. located in a small village, feels very homey. the host is lovely, they made an extra effort to accommodate us. the house was clean, well organised, and they left some snacks, milk and all cooking ingredients available for us. we highly recommend it. please pay attention to the description, you need to walk and carry your luggage from the car. not a problem for us. area is wonderful. very special vacation spot.

We enjoyed our stay at Κλάρα and Christos' Airbnb and would recommend it for any couple or young family wanting a base for exploring the Pelion peninsula. The property is a single floor apartment in a modern high-spec villa complex. Inside it is spacious and comfortable, and one of the best equipped Airbnb's I've ever stayed at - it had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen equipment, extra linen/towels, to toiletries. Outside there is a covered sofa area with a nice view across the sea, and a connected courtyard with barbecue and table/chairs. It's a short walk to the nearest beach, and a 5 min drive in to the centre of Afissos. Christos was an exemplary host, in contact in advance with helpful instructions, and was always available by phone throughout our stay to answer questions/help.

Martinica is our coming back place for summer vacation with friends and family. Great place to rest, good spot to discover beautiful Pelion. Hospitality of Maria and her mother is exceptional.
