Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. The Elster Cycle Trail connects Saxony and Thuringia along the reservoir dam. The town of Elsterberg with all shopping can be reached in 3 minutes driving.

My chic 90sqm apartment is in the basement of a top renovated villa in a central location.The apartment is only used by you, is newly renovated, modernly furnished and has access from outside.Two beautiful bedrooms with 2 and 3 single beds + spacious kitchen-living room with couch, TV + seating area.The bathroom has 2 toilets and a shower.Everything from a hairdryer to deodorant spray is available. Free WiFi.Free parking opposite or one street away (50-100 meters). Parking garage 20 meters away.

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
