This (upper) apartment can also be a meeting or gathering place. Coffee and tea are included, but drinks (in the fridge) are available for a fee. The apartment is at the top of the spiral staircase with a sliding door that can be locked with a button cylinder. It is a non-smoking apartment and it is not child-friendly. We also don't want any pets. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace by simply stepping through the window (quiet area), but no cannabis, as the smell lingers indoors.

The guest house is located in the green recreational area of Hoeven. You will find the historic Oudenbosch 2 km away and in 20 minutes you will be in the centre of Burgundian Breda. Antwerp and Rotterdam are also within 45 minutes. In addition to a king size bed and a nice sitting area, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can spend time privately.
