In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Up to 12 people can now be accommodated on 200 m² on 3 floors. The rooms are airy, with historical details from many decades. The house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Slate Mountains, in the immediate vicinity of the Hohenwarte reservoir, the ideal area for hiking, biking or canoeing.

Spacious vacation home/farm in the Thuringian Forest near Rudolstadt and Leuchtenburg - The three-sided vacation farm consists of a renovated farmhouse, a separate annex (with separate apartment for two) and a barn. The farmhouse has 2 floors and can accommodate a total of 11 people. On the first floor there is the living and dining area, a kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs are 2 shower baths, 2 toilets and 7 bedrooms (a total of 11+2 sleeping options).
