Besloten tuin , prive parking en speelruimte . 4 fietsen staan gereed en een Kano (3 pers). In het atelier aan de achterzijde van het huis op afspraak schilderles. Supermarkt op 2km. Kleine campingsupermarkt op 500 m, alleen hoogseizoen open)

With private entrance and private key, the Guest House has all the amenities for 2 to max.4 people. It's a spacious spot in the pittoresk town of Zierikzee (and just 7 minutes walk to the city center or 10 minutes drive to the famous Brouwersdam beach). With full kitchen, TV and 1 bedroom. Zeer luxe ingericht vakantiehuis direct aan het water met een 13 meter lange aanlegsteiger voor een zeilboot of visboot (ook te huur). Binnen een paar minuten vaar je naar het Volkerak. Het water staat ook in verbinding met het Haringvliet en het HD. Het huis is centraal gelegen voor een dagje Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) of het Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Ook gezellige stadjes in Zeeland zijn niet ver weg. De voor toeristen populaire stad Rotterdam is maar 25 minuten met de auto.

Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.
