For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

Are you looking for a small, fine and quiet apartment in the mountains or on the mountain? The vacation home "Daniel Lechner" is located in a quiet mountain location on the sunny side of the Zillertal. The vacation home is located at about 1050 m above sea level on the Distelberg, so you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding Zillertal Alps. The ski resorts of Spieljoch, Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are just a few km from our house and can be reached by car!

The Hochzillertal holiday home on the Kama Alm for up to 10 people lies at about 1000 meters altitude with a wonderful view! Built and furnished with great attention to detail and natural materials, large terrace, Organic / stone pine sauna, it is 200 meters to the snow-covered ski route (black slope) to Aschau, asphalted mountain road (!), cleared well in winter, leads in approx. 4 km from the valley up to the holiday home, in winter winter tires required, bring snow chains !!

Private terrace on the sunny side with barbecue facilities. Underfloor heating and a barrier-free shower ensure a comfortable living environment. The Distelberg is known for beautiful hikes & tours by bike, as well as refreshments. We are happy to provide a high chair & a crib.

Unterlechenhof N

The "Unterlehenhof N" holiday flat is located in a traditional mountain farm in Zell am Ziller and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher & dining area, 2 bedrooms (the 2nd bedroom is located outside the flat across the hallway) and a bathroom, thus offering space for 5 people. The amenities also include high-speed WiFi and satellite TV. A baby cot is available on request.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Vacation home on the Mühlbachl

- Parking is available on the property and on the street In idyllic surroundings, the "Ferienwohnung am Mühlbachl" is located in close proximity to the Zillertal Arena ski area (8 minutes by car). Due to the excellent location of Rohrberg, vacation guests can choose between numerous leisure activities depending on the season: from mountain hiking to skiing to climbing adventures in the high ropes course.

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.

With its 75 m² the house can accommodate up to 6 people. A fully fenced garden, ideal for dogs and families, and a terrace with roof can be used by our guests exclusively.
