There is also a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden and a terrace with a gas barbecue. Towels are provided, the beds are made – all that's missing is the guest. There are free parking spaces right by the house and in the adjoining courtyard. The beach, Darßwald and the town centre are easily accessible.

From the two terraces, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the 3000 m², partially natural property (ginster) and the landscape. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
