Discover this idyllic and beachside oasis nestled within the villa district in the western spa area. The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. This modern building was constructed in 2023 and boasts a vast rooftop terrace with a spectacular pool and sauna landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The modernly furnished bungalow offers space for 2 adults and a separate bedroom for restful nights. The cozy sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option if needed. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can comfortably take care of yourself. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee through the campsite operator. The small terrace invites you to relax and unwind. For hygienic reasons, please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the 2nd floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a large couch which can also be used as a bed for 1 person. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (160 x 200). The apartment has a large beautiful balcony overlooking the forest and meadow. Bicycles can be parked in the closed bicycle shed.
