Two terrace studio loft near the center

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...

Duplex apartment consists of kitchen, dining and living area, bathroom on the ground floor.On the upper floor there is a sleeping area from which you can exit to the balcony. The balcony has a beautiful view of the city centre . The part of the upper floor is hammock ( net ) where you can relax , read book and take a few selfies .

You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).

The house is located right by the sea. It has its own parking and a place for a boat. It is modernly decorated and has everything needed to relax and rest. The only place is ideally located for a tour of the entire region. Nearby are NP Kornati and NP Krka as well as the city of Šibenik.
