Holiday rentals with beach access in Žirje

We enjoyed it very much at Marko's, the accommodation is strategically located directly across from the beach! It's also great that there was a parking space for the car! We'd come back any time!

I think this might be our favourite place on the Croatian coast. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautiful and welcoming. The best feature is the balcony with the gorgeous view of the ocean. Vice, the host, has many local recommendations and is very communicative and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and relaxed staying at this place. We would definitely come back. :)

Josip and his family couldn’t be more fantastic hosts, so friendly, even picked us up from the airport and cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning! The spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment overlooks beautiful ocean views from every balcony. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi most days, our daughter loved her own personal playground too! We enjoyed a speedboat island tour (and swimming in crystal clear waters) on Josip’s recommendation, with the boat able to moor and pick us up directly outside Josip’s house. The beach is literally a meter away! Some great beach front restaurants just a 5 minute walk away, where we enjoyed the Croatian sunset and some delicious local food. We definitely hope to be back soon :)

The entire stay was seamless and very enjoyable.

We stayed at Seget Vranjica over Christmas 2023 at Villa Rozana in the apartment in the attic apartment (2nd floor). The apartment is as shown on the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a small Studenac and Tommy supermarket within walking distance. The view of the sea is very nice, we were lucky with the weather, sunshine every day and 12-17 degrees outside every day. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, with the air conditioning you could heat well. In the season, no restaurants are open in Seget Vranjica. In Trogir (about 5 km) away there is plenty of gastronomy (limited on Christmas holidays). It is nice that you have the overcrowded places almost to yourself in the summer. Good starting point for excursions along the coast (Trogir, Sibenik, Krka Falls). Mislat welcomed us and was always easily accessible and helpful. We loved our stay.

Very nice house and fully equipped, beach and private pear are really close.

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

I was in Danjielas with two friends for a week, unfortunately she couldn't be there, but her father was always there. He has already suggested different things to do in the area from day one to every morning (there was a lot to do in the area thanks to the great location of the Airbnb) The apartment, although it looked a little smaller than on the pictures, was completely spotless, a fully equipped kitchen, a super modern TV with everything you need, and a beautiful outdoor lighting with balcony and garden, a real dream :) Although we had 4 out of 6 days of rain, we were able to do a lot thanks to Damir's tips. And he was even so nice that he gave us a full day because the weather got better. So we could not test the private sea access. An incredible dream and a wonderful holiday... very happy to come back.

Arso's apartment is a small cozy apartment on the 1st floor, with a balcony from where we could look out over his lush garden, and we could freely eat from the windows and figs. Very close to everything: Baker, supermarket, bar, cafes, restaurants and beach life. Arso is helpful and very hospitable and is happy to share his knowledge of the island.

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

This villa was absolutely perfect! We stayed with 2 young children and there was everything there to cater for us during our stay. The views, proximity to the sea, the pool were all perfect and we had a lovely stay here. We would love to come back! The only slight negative which is unrelated to the villa was that we stayed end of sept/beginning of Oct and the bar and restaurant in the village was closed for the end of the season. They would have added a bit of something extra to our stay, but was just unfortunate timing on our part

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

We have completely relaxed on the cozy terrace at the cottage. The sea within walking distance was idyllic Also nice to experience that your host is committed to you and spontaneously sends a message without being intrusive!

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

Great place to rest, everything is on hand. Very good location, clean apartment, newly furnished. Magda has always answered any questions.

Very nice apartment with wonderful sea views. You can also take a short swim in the sea and the waterfront is great for walks. We were so warmly welcomed and provided with delicious fruit from the garden. Very friendly hosts! There were plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. available, no apartment has been equipped so well so far. The entire facility is very cozy and loving, we felt right at home! The turtles are the hit, not just for kids! We highly recommend this place!

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! I would recommend the place to everyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it is a maximum of 2 minutes' walk. Nearby is the promenade on the beach bars and restaurants were, you could also take dogs everywhere. Value for money was great

We were 2 adults and 2 children for 9 days. The apartment itself was as pictured. However, there was no umbrella on the terrace, but there was a lot of green vegetation that provided a lot of shade. The kitchen is very small but fine for making small meals. Nice with a dishwasher. There is AC in the living room - unfortunately no AC in the bedrooms so it can get pretty hot in the bedrooms, even with a fan. We moved a few days into the living room at night when it was too hot in the bedrooms. The place is nice close to 2 beaches (beach Rožac and Okrug Gornji Beach). There is a small supermarket close to the apartment. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Beach Bočići - a lovely beach. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Trogir. One can also take an Uber pretty cheaply. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the airport to the apartment and costs about 15 euros by Uber. All in all a lovely place.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this great apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and there was everything you need for daily use (detergent, dishwashing tabs, cleaning utensils...). The kitchen is super equipped and also has a dishwasher. The hosts are very friendly and we felt like we were on vacation with friends. The sea is only a few steps away and you can always find a free spot. In 10-15 minutes, you can walk to 2 supermarkets and some good restaurants. Razanj is a small paradise that we would love to return to! Thanks again for everything to Vedran, Maja and Tiho!!!!!! Manuela & Matteo
