The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Es warten auf Sie 2 Vollgeschosse und ein Penthouse mit innen liegendem Whirlpool, 40 m² Dachterrasse mit Blick über Sellin, einer großen Sauna mit Glasfront und Blick in die Natur, ein extra Ruhebereich mit Relaxliegen, Kamin, WLAN in der gesamten Villa uvm. Von der Villa aus sind es nur wenige Meter bis zur Wilhelmstraße, der Ostsee und dem Selliner See.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

The apartment is on the first floor of a two-family house overlooking the garden. The apartment has a terrace that is visually separated from the others by greenery. Your hosts live in the apartment above you. The beach is at a distance of 8 minutes' walk, as are the main road and the train station. Supermarkets, a bakery and a laundromat are only 100 meters away. The garden borders Lake Schmacht. There is no traffic noise. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment.

Der Balkon bietet großartigen Ausblick und die eigene KLAFS Sauna, stimmt Euch auf den Sommer ein.

The apartment is located in a detached house in quiet surroundings near the Baltic Sea resort Binz. Perfect for cycling or driving quickly within 10 minutes in the place just 4 km away, The approx.30 m² apartment has a separate entrance and is divided into a living/sleeping room, small hallway, separate kitchen and bathroom. In front of the entrance there are 2 cosy seating areas, which invite you to a sunny breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

COTTAGE an der Danish Wieck

The former Tagelöhnerkate was completely renovated in 2017. The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so it captivates with its half-timbered, the largely original preserved bricks and the thatched roof. The charm of the house is underlined by upscale and modern furnishings, such as a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Of course, only very good ceramics and natural stone tiles were used in the construction.
