Location of the house - to the city center about 15 minutes walk, public transport about 300 meters. Possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola, meat preparation on a gas grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse (when staying for 2 or more nights).

Cozy 1+kk in a historic apartment building by the church offers a quiet accommodation overlooking the church of St. Lawrence with windows facing the garden. Equipped kitchenette with single-burner stove, microwave, kettle, basic utensils and food. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and basic amenities. The room has a spacious bed with bedding, a desk and many printed materials with information about the place and the surrounding area.

Approx. 3 min. walk to the market with cinema, shops and restaurants, university and bus stop. The apartment is ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby mountains or to neighboring countries (Czech Republic, Poland). It is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), has one bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa bed for 2, bathroom with tub/shower. There is no balcony but garden with sitting area. In addition, the garden can be used (barbecue). Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

Who didn't want to travel to Zittau for a long time?! And also very wonderful living. We are renting a 76 sqm large, fine apartment, which is stylish and freshly furnished. The three-room apartment with two bedrooms and a living and living room with balcony also has a well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with bathtub and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Cozy vacation home with distance ;-), fireplace, solar

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
