We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. Il Mulino del Re è una location unica ed incantevole, un'oasi di pace e tranquillità a due passi da Fanano (5 minuti di macchina), nella splendida cornice degli appennini Modenesi. La casetta si trova ad un'ora e mezza da Bologna e da 1 ora da Modena ed è perfetta per una fuga romantica o per una vacanza in famiglia.
