BEAUTIFUL, LARGEST ONE BEDROOM at the Grand Venetian, Fantastic views north and south from this 24th floor spacious condo. 1300 square foot water front condo, two full bathrooms, spacious living and huge waterfront terrace. Both the bedroom and living room, each with its TV, open to a large balcony. Desk set up and fast internet. Beach, 5 pools, gym, spa, tennis. Restaurant on side with room service available. We are 10-12 minutes from lots of stores, rest. and downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Ideal living with three pools, gym, two great restaurants. One open for breakfast and the other for lunch and an early dinner but remains open until 8:00 pm for drinks. Numerous restaurants in the area with bus or taxi service to the Marina, Centro or Romantic Zone. Various attractions are in the area being as a minimum parachute gliding, Pirate Ship cruises and cruise dining.
