There are big white marble floors throughout the Apartment with surround bose sound, high speed internet, 4 tv´s, Dish Usa, Vitra and Restoratio Hardware furniture, spectacular views to the bay and los muertos beach, the building has 3 pools on the lobby plus an infinite pool on the rooftop, 2 jacuzzies, sauna room, massage room and gym.

Unit has wifi and smart tv (no cable yet), washer, dryer and full kitchen. There is a balcony facing an interior courtyard. On weekend nights there is some noise from a club behind the building, the unit is on third floor but you do get some noise, there is limited natural light as it faces an interior courtyard.

The rooftop features a heated infinity saltwater pool that spans the length of the terrace. Surrounding the pool are lounge chairs and umbrellas, with panoramic views of the ocean and city skyline in the background.
