It is a bright and spacious three-room apartment from the 1960s, lived in and cared for with love by a young couple. 🏘️ It is located in the Sant'Agostino district, a central and authentic area of Alghero, rich in main services (bars, markets, bakeries, wine shops, restaurants). 📍 10 minutes from the historic centre (Sulis square), the ramparts and the beach of Las Tronas. 15 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from the Lido di Alghero.

You can relax in this oasis of tranquility, surrounded by greenery away from traffic but close to the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia. The house is entirely surrounded by olive grove, orchard, and vineyard. It is accessed through the paved road and only in the last 200m the road is unpaved but perfectly accessible. It is about 3km from the village of Olmedo, from Alghero about 8km, from Fertilia airport only 6km. The perfect base, nestled between the tranquillity of the countryside and the area's most beautiful beaches.
