Discover our bright 1-room apartment on Werderplatz. In addition to the double bed, there is an additional mattress, so that two people can be accommodated comfortably, but there is also space for three. The apartment offers a bathroom, kitchenette and sunny balcony. Within 400 meters you will find everything your heart desires: tram, thermal bath with sauna, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a cinema and the Baden State Theater. The city center is only 1 km away. Experience the lively Südstadt!

A simple accommodation and a great place to relax in a central location in Karlsruhe between the main train station, the ‘Kongresszentrum’ and the market square. It’s situated off the main road in a green and quiet industrial oasis with a courtyard. A 100 m² of unrenovated loft space with bathroom/shower and a small kitchen. Please be aware that there is no central heating. However, there is a wood burning stove which creates a pleasant warmth during the colder seasons (we help with fire-ligh.)

Sophies Villa liegt in einem Hinterhof, mitten in der Stadt. Im unteren Wohnbereich findest du eine Couch, die man ausziehen kann, einen Tisch und 2 Stühle, TV und einen kleinen Küchenbereich. Über eine steile Treppe gelangt man in den Schlafbereich und zum Bad. Da die Treppe sehr steil ist, ist sie nicht für Menschen geeignet, die in ihrer Bewegung eingeschränkt sind. Diese Unterkunft ist auch nicht für Kinder und Kleinkinder geeignet, es keine Sicherheitsabspeerungen im oberen Bereich gibt.
