The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and impresses with its extensive amenities: built-in wardrobe, elegant bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a large bed (1.8 x 2 m) and a pull-out second bed (1.6 x 2 m), smart TV and much more! :)

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

Beautiful small Apartment " El silencio"

Very comfortable studio with everything you need for a stay. It has a bed (140x200), TV, internet, microwave, small kitchen, shower, toilet. Near the studio there are many stores and grocery stores. The streetcar stop is about 250m away. The Letzigrund football stadium is a good 300m away and Albisriedenplatz is a few minutes walk away. The studio is located on the second floor with elevator.

City Center / Brunau - 2.5 rooms

The apartment is located in Zurich Brunau, next to Sihlcity, one of the biggest malls of Switzerland. Public transport (tram and bus stop) is just in front of the building and you reach the city center in 10 minutes. In the building complex there is a shopping center with several shops, a large grocery store with a restaurant and a 24 hour parking garage (chargeable).
