We rent out our beautiful detached house in a prime location, close to ski resorts (1 hour drive) and with a pool. The house is great for children, as it is equipped with several outdoor play areas and toys. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and fireplace, as well as a living room with a TV and a toilet. On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms (toilet/bath, toilet/shower), a small playroom and an office with a printer and screen. Laundry room available.

The studio is 12 minutes from Central Zurich via Tram 2 and 3, bus 72 and 33 to Albisriederplatz). It used to be part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door). There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away
