We live in the same building, but offer guests their own space without interruption. The apartment is a small self-contained studio on the second floor. Private full bathroom and kitchen. Within a 1 min walk from the apartment you can be relaxing by the river, or floating along it with a beer! For travel by public transport, the Hardturm Tram stop can be reached with an 8min (577m) walk, Tram 17 takes you directly to the city in just 10 mins. The ETH Hönggerberg campus is just 1.2km away uphill.

Located half way above Zurich in the mansions district, Villa Allegra is an old lady built in 1907 in typical Swiss chalet style. It’s situated, not far from the city center by foot or public transport and yet set in beautiful natural green surroundings. The 3 room apartment with 70 sqm of space, can host up to 4 adults. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and is full of charm. The house is divided in 3 units of which 2 are offered on AirBnB (Garden private use by owners only).

From Zurich airport by train in 15 minutes. Next to the river, lake, restaurants, cinemas and shopping streets. The small beautiful apartment is located on the second floor, incl. bed, shower, toilet, tv, wifi, kitchen. The host is pleased to advise on restaurants, entertainment and sightseeing at all times.

Charming flat in hip & vibrant area

In Zurich (Kreis 5), the area with the highest quality of urban life, a short walk from the main station, the Landesmuseum, Old Town and the famous shopping street. The house is a listed building in a save neighbourhood. This is an apartment in the middle of the city. You can sometimes hear the trains entering the main station. Those who are sensitive to such noises should not choose this apartment. [!!!] PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is on the 4TH FLOOR but NO ELEVATOR.

Located in rural Hochfelden, you can reach Zurich Airport by car in 15 minutes and the city in 40 minutes. Alternatively, a bus runs regularly to Bülach train station. From there, there are direct connections to Zurich and to the airport (approx. 45 minutes travel time). For a more comfortable arrival and departure, I also offer a paid shuttle service to Zurich Airport and the city.
