It is a more than 200-year-old homeland protection house in its original condition, with a lot of charm and Swiss history. High above the valley, you have magnificent views of the mountains and the valley, especially at sunrise and sunset. The square radiates peace and positive energy. Since there are no neighbours, you can enjoy privacy and complete peace and quiet. Perfect for switching off and recharging.

Highlights include the hot pot and the sauna on request. Hotpot 90.00 (heating takes about 6 hours), sauna 20. euros/hour and has to be paid upon arrival. Wi-Fi, radio, TV, record player, pizza oven is shared with guests of the boat dock.

The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south there is an alpine view.
