In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

In the rural municipality of Wingene, you will find this unique resting place. A vacation home where you can enjoy complete relaxation and tranquility. In the middle of nature with a forest at the back door, you can escape the hustle and bustle here. You will find all the comfort you want here, both indoors and outdoors. In a courtyard garden with a covered area for a cozy BBQ and an adjoining conservatory, you can enjoy the real outdoors. Especially since it can be done virtually undisturbed.

The location is exacly on the spot where untill the 1860 the old city gate “Brugse poort” was located, Private parking is possible on demand. Everything you want to visit is just a short walk away.

Sitting area with fireplace, mediterranean style kitchen/dining room and 6 bedrooms under the old beams (one, for 1p is open, so has less privacy). There is a large multipurpose room of 6,8 x 8,6 m2 whick can be used for retreats and courses. The garden and terrace have a fantastic view. Authentically decorated, cozy atmosphere. Wonderful walking and cycling through the Flemish Ardennes.

The room downstairs has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and lavabo. You have 3 parking spaces outdoor and a garage for bicycles insite. 8 bikes are available for you during your stay.

The only shared space is the entrance hall, as I live upstairs. Enjoy comfort and tranquility in the heart of Bruges.

Vacation home "Ruwe Schure" is rural, located close to Bruges, Damme, Knokke, Ghent. You can book for 4 to 6 people, there are 2 rooms each with a double bed and 2 chambrettes (2 single beds). There is also an extra relaxation room with pool table and darts. There are wonderful hiking and biking routes. All the necessities are available to stay comfortably, you can even do laundry there.
