We built the houses with love, an emphasis on minimalist modern design, with harmony to nature. Settled above a beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the coziness and tranquility with stunning views of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Accommodation in a newly renovated apartment in Bavorská Ruda. Beautiful surroundings near the ski resort Velký Javor (Großer Arber), about 10 minutes by car. In the area, it is also possible to go hiking and cycling, or cross-country skiing. The apartment is ideal for couples or families with children. Sleeping is provided on a 160cm folding bed, an 80cm upper bunk, and possibly a folding extra bed for a fourth person. Nearby are grocery stores, or several restaurants and cafes. Free parking in front of the house.

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

A light-filled living area features wooden vaulted ceilings, a comfortable sofa, and a hanging chair. A decorative wall piece enhances the space, while a wooden sideboard provides storage. Natural light enters through large windows, illuminating the cozy atmosphere throughout the room.

Time out at Klopferbach II

The apartment on the Klopferbach is located at the end of a side street, nestled in the countryside. Our three-room apartment is located on the upper floor of the wooden house built in 2020 and offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay on 90 square meters. It consists of a spacious entrance area, a bathroom and two bedrooms with wooden floor, one with a workspace, as well as a spacious living, kitchen and dining area. A large balcony with seating and views of the countryside completes the offer.

A spacious sleeping area features soft textiles and elegantly arranged pillows on a large double bed. A small table with decorative items sits nearby, complemented by a cozy chair. Natural light enters through a window, enhancing a calm and serene setting.

Perfekt zum Aufenthalt: incl. der ACTIV-CARD (viele kostenfreie Eintritte!)
