Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Charming new-build holiday apartment (105 m²) directly on the Elisabeth Fehn Canal in Friesoythe-Kamperfehn. Enjoy peace, nature and comfort with a balcony, garden and covered terrace. Two three-person canoes are available, sauna can be booked optionally. Perfect for couples and families. Directly on the Fehn route and close to the iron town Friesoythe – ideal for relaxing, cycling and switching off.

When the weather is nice, our terrace and a spacious garden are also available - with optional use (see notes) of our outdoor hot tub. The North Sea on the Jade Bay with the World Heritage Site Wadden Sea is within walking distance.

The house is at your sole disposal. With its own entrance, the very large, very well-kept garden and a lot of privacy.

This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.

In the middle of Oldenburg above the rooftops

The apartment is located in the attic of our house. This can only be reached via stairs on the fourth floor (no elevator) and you have a magnificent view over the roofs of Oldenburg. If you arrive by car, please let us know in advance, there is parking in front of the house. All public and private areas are non-smoking zones.
