Sounds like Scandinavia, but it is not far from the North Sea in Lower Saxony. Enjoy your privacy on the total of 2,500 square meters of land, which is enclosed as a peninsula from a private lake of about 1.3 hectares to two sides (own lake share is about 6,000 square meters) and that you do not have to share with anyone. Beautiful cottage on the Ihler Meer

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

Sheltered in a peaceful village location, the property borders directly to the north on an extensive nature reserve with shady mixed and coniferous forest, streams, meadow paths and enchanted moors.

Here you can rent a newly created cottage in wooden construction. It's about 50 meters away on a lake. There will be 48 vacation homes in total. In some cases, these are currently being erected. This can occasionally lead to disruptions. The house has one bedroom with one double bed and one open sleeping floor with 2 single beds. There is also a kitchen-living room, bathroom and utilities room. A large garden with terrace is also available.
