The apartment is new, bright, very well equipped, it has a large terrace (parasol, sofa, electric bbq). A mobile air conditioner is available in case of hot weather. Quick access to public transportation, restaurants, bars, Confluence shopping center, Confluence museum, cinema, etc.

The studio is very quiet at night as it is situated at the rear of the appartement block. If you were to come with a car, you’ll have to pay for parking in the area.
