What a fabulous apartment! — spacious, comfortable, whimsically-appointed, and with a super comfy bed, a great shower, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Morning coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away, and don’t forget to spend time walking, jogging, or lingering in the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont—just across the street. Madeleine was great—super-responsive and helpful!

Overall a good place to stay in, but a bit far from the city center. Very safe, helpful staff, with various ameneties for the guest's disposal. Easy check in and check out.

The space was clean, tidy and spacious. Achmit was very flexible to allow us to arrive and leave later. He was also very responsive when there was an issue with the trunk. Thanks for everything again.

very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The environment is very nice, just across the street there is a place called "les communales " where you find several food stalls, ping pong tables etc, a real place to live. there are several shops nearby and above all it is ideally located less than 10 minutes walk from the metro and in particular its line 14 which serves very well and quickly all the tourist places. Elisa is a responsive host with whom the exchanges went very well. We recommend

Beautiful, quiet and safe apartment in the heart of Paris. A real added value is the great big terrace. The apartment is well furnished and has all the amenities to unwind comfortably after the extensive inquiries of the French capital. A large cozy double bed completes the beautiful apartment. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants, brasseries and bakeries. Public sewage works well and the apartment is not far from several metro stations and bus stops. We will be happy to come back!

We would strongly recommend this accommodation, a great location with a 10 min walk to the metro, all the amenities you’d wish for, very clean and comfortable ( the photos don’t do it justice). We’d stay here again,

This small apartment is perfect for a couple / two people. It is located a stone's throw from Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, several charming restaurants and cafes, as well as the metro. Everything was clean and collected in the shared photos. Morad was communicative and very nice. I recommend it!

We really enjoyed Isabelle’s apartment, it was homely and very cosy. We got detailed instructions from Isabelle which were very helpful and included lots of recommendations for shops and restaurants.

We had a great stay! Communication was excellent, and the location was amazing for the price. There are plenty of good restaurants and patisseries nearby, and we even walked to the Louvre in about 45 minutes. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it super convenient. The place also felt very private and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Location , location and location A great location to be in Paris, everything walkable from top monuments to shopping to great food. The house is maintained with all small small essentials you may need while on holiday, very thoughtful. Very quiet and peaceful place with a clear Eiffel Tower view sitting right in the balcony. Very easy and clear to find address for taxis etc. , the host should be a little flexible for checkin and checkout when someone is travelling, it could always be an hour here and there .. I had an exceptional stay at this place

The place looked like it was in the photos and was very clean. We were very satisfied as it was also well equipped. Check-in was safe and easy as the host wrote a detailed instruction. However, the location was unfortunately not so good, as the accommodation is very far from the city center and the center could only be reached in 50 minutes after a long ride by bus and metro.

Had a great two-week stay at Irina's cozy and comfortable apartment. The location is tops, centrally located in Neuilly and with the Les Sablons Metro line 1 stop located literally just outside the front door of the building. There is a Monoprix across the street. The apartment itself is very welcoming, warm even through a very cold Parisian January, and very quiet. Highly recommended!

Wonderful little place right outside Paris, great for couples to relax. Very comfortable and homey feeling. Would recommend for anyone going to Paris for holiday. Very responsive host and gives clear instructions for the apartment.

The apartment is really great and perfect for 2 persons. There's plenty of room. Especially the location is appealing, as the apartment is not in the center of Paris, but you can still be in the city center in just under 20 minutes by train. Oussama was very friendly and helpful and even came by to help us with the stove. Really very accommodating and a very nice host, we would always book there again!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. one of the best Airbnb I have done throughout France. cozy apartment very well equipped and comfortable at all levels, very beautiful decor, breathtaking view at height of Paris from the garden which is beautiful. My two boys really enjoyed the basement with the full gym, the ping pong table, foosball and the cherry on the cake the sauna with led and bluetooth to put on his music. a real family apartment. I recommend 1000 times.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Laurence was very responsive and provided a lot of useful information. The listing is a great fit. Located on a quiet street, it offers easy walking access to essential shops, several restaurants, as well as a pleasant pedestrian layout along the Seine. A real plus: the small garden that allows you to park your vehicle, which is nice since all parking spaces on the surrounding streets are paid. However, beware of maneuvers if you have an imposing vehicle: the street is narrow, one way, with cars parked. But taking your time, it's still doable, especially since most motorists have been patient! Anyway, I would this listing.

It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort. The garden with its fruit trees in bloom, filled with songs of charcoal t**s was widely appreciated. Thanks to Hamza!
