What a fabulous apartment! — spacious, comfortable, whimsically-appointed, and with a super comfy bed, a great shower, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Morning coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away, and don’t forget to spend time walking, jogging, or lingering in the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont—just across the street. Madeleine was great—super-responsive and helpful!

Overall a good place to stay in, but a bit far from the city center. Very safe, helpful staff, with various ameneties for the guest's disposal. Easy check in and check out.

Le logement était propre bien rangé et spacieux. Achmit a été très flexible pour nous permettre d'arriver et de repartir plus tard. Il a été aussi très réactif lorsqu'il y a eu un souci avec le coffre. Merci pour tout encore.

très bel appartement, conforme aux photos et à la description. L'environnement est très sympa, juste de l'autre côté de la rue il y a un lieu qui s'appelle "les communales " où vous retrouvez plusieurs stands de nourriture, des tables de ping pong etc, un vrai lieu de vie. il y a plusieurs commerces à proximité et surtout il est idealement situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied du métro et notamment de sa ligne 14 qui dessert hyper bien et rapidement tous les lieux touristiques. Elisa est une hôte réactive avec qui les échanges se sont très bien passés. On recommande

Schönes, ruhiges und sicheres Appartement im Herzen von Paris. Ein echter Mehrwert ist die tolle große Terrasse. Das Appartement ist bestens eingerichtet und besitzt alle Annehmlichkeiten um nach den ausgiebigen Erkundigungen der französischen Hauptstadt gemütlich zur Ruhe zu kommen. Ein großes gemütliches Doppelbett rundet das schöne Appartement ab. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants, Brasserien sowie Bäckereien. Der öffentliche Nähverkehr funktioniert bestens und das Appartement liegt unweit mehrerer Metrostationen und Bushaltestellen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

We would strongly recommend this accommodation, a great location with a 10 min walk to the metro, all the amenities you’d wish for, very clean and comfortable ( the photos don’t do it justice). We’d stay here again,

Ce petit appartement est parfait pour un couple / deux personnes. C’est situé à deux pas du parc des Buttes-Chaumont, plusieurs restos et cafés charmants, ainsi que le métro. Tout était propre et rassemblait aux photos partagées. Morad était communicatif et très sympa. Je recommande !

We had a great stay! Communication was excellent, and the location was amazing for the price. There are plenty of good restaurants and patisseries nearby, and we even walked to the Louvre in about 45 minutes. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it super convenient. The place also felt very private and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Location , location and location A great location to be in Paris, everything walkable from top monuments to shopping to great food. The house is maintained with all small small essentials you may need while on holiday, very thoughtful. Very quiet and peaceful place with a clear Eiffel Tower view sitting right in the balcony. Very easy and clear to find address for taxis etc. , the host should be a little flexible for checkin and checkout when someone is travelling, it could always be an hour here and there .. I had an exceptional stay at this place

Die Unterkunft sah aus wie auf den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, da es auch gut ausgestattet war. Der Check in war sicher und einfach, da der Gastgeber eine ausführliche Anweisung verfasst hat. Allerdings war die Lage leider nicht so gut, da die Unterkunft sehr weit entfernt vom Stadtzentrum gelegen ist und das Zentrum erst nach einer langen Fahrt mit Bus und Metro in 50 min zu erreichen war.

Had a great two-week stay at Irina's cozy and comfortable apartment. The location is tops, centrally located in Neuilly and with the Les Sablons Metro line 1 stop located literally just outside the front door of the building. There is a Monoprix across the street. The apartment itself is very welcoming, warm even through a very cold Parisian January, and very quiet. Highly recommended!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Alles ist superschnell erreichbar, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Metro, das Zentrum von Paris! Rachida hat schnell reagiert und proaktiv agiert! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Unglaublich bequemes Bett und sehr ruhig! Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und perfekt für 2 Personen. Man hat genug Platz. Besonders die Lage ist ansprechend, da die Wohnung zwar nicht im Zentrum Paris liegt, aber man dennoch in knapp 20 Minuten mit der Bahn in der Innenstadt ist. Oussama war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ist sogar vorbeikommen um uns bei dem Herd zu helfen. Wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und ein sehr netter Gastgeber, wir würden dort immer wieder buchen!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

un des meilleurs Airbnb que j'ai fait dans toute la France. appartement cosy très bien équipé et confortable a tout niveau, très belle déco, vue imprenable en hauteur sur Paris du jardin qui est magnifique. Mes deux garçons ont énormément apprécié le sous-sol avec la salle de sport complète , la table de ping-pong, le baby-foot et la cerise sur le gâteau le sauna avec led et bluetooth pour mettre sa musique. une vraie aparté familiale. je recommande 1000 fois.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Laurence a été très réactive et a fourni de nombreuses informations utiles. Le logement correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Situé dans une rue calme, il offre un accès facile à pied aux commerces de première nécessité, à plusieurs restaurants, ainsi qu’à un agréable aménagement piéton le long de la Seine. Un vrai plus : le petit jardin qui permet de stationner son véhicule, ce qui est appréciable puisque toutes les places de parking dans les rues alentour sont payantes. Attention toutefois aux manœuvres si vous avez un véhicule imposant : la rue est étroite, en sens unique, avec des voitures en stationnement. Mais en prenant son temps, cela reste tout à fait faisable, d’autant que la plupart des automobilistes se sont montrés patients ! Bref, je recommande ce logement.

Il n'est pas facile de se loger à 10 sur Paris et sa banlieue proche, aussi, même si la maison est assez éloignée du centre de Paris, avec obligation de prendre des transports en commun fatigants, ce fut une belle adresse à retenir qui nous permettait de nous reposer dans le confort. Le jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers tout en fleur, rempli de chants de mésanges charbonnières fut amplement apprécié. Merci à Hamza !
